Built in the early 1920s as the Scrivner-Andrews Warehouse Company this enduring building has housed a variety of occupants including a noodle manufacturer, milking machine company, confectioner wholesaler and mixed media artists.

In January 2013, ElseWarehouse will usher in a new era of luxury apartments featuring expansive interiors and windows, historic lines, solid aged pine flooring and exposed brick, concierge, fitness center, meeting spaces, underground parking as well as all the North Loop has to offer.
